MODERN LOFT
With unparalleled views of the San Francisco Bay, this luxurious loft offers the best of urban living.
We removed an existing wall to offer a vista of the blue water as one opens the front door. The kitchen and dining room were expanded, and we cut a glass wall into the primary bedroom for sea views from the bed. A modern glass railing makes the loft feel more spacious.
In contrast to the crisp white walls elsewhere, we clad the living room and office in gorgeous white oak walls and a custom oak wood slat ceiling brings both a bespoke feel and warmth to the space.
The primary bathroom is clad in a light grey Avenza marble with a one-of-a-kind mosaic pattern on the shower walls complemented by a custom white oak floating vanity and millwork. We used a unique patterned concrete tile in the second bedroom for a subtle edgy vibe and selected walnut for the vanity wood for a touch of timelessness. Throughout the home select grade, wide-plank natural oak floors are used as well as Dornbracht fixtures. The kitchen is made with white matte Italian Fenix and hand-selected Carrera marble clads the long island as well as the backsplashes.
This top-floor home offers the best of modern living with an ease of daily life.
