JULIA PELLEGRINI, PRINCIPAL is an accomplished architect and interior designer who brings a distinct vision and attention to detail to each of her projects. For Julia, design is a way of life and her passion is creating spaces where memories are made. "The stories of our lives unfold in the spaces we inhabit -- homes, cafes, and hotels are the backdrop to so many of life's greatest moments. Good design brings joy."

Her love for modern design combined with her classical training lend themselves to a signature timeless style. Julia contributes thoughtful, fresh ideas that work. "A design is complete when nothing can be taken away or added."

Julia received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame and is a registered architect in California. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects, is a LEED AP and holds a NCARB certificate.

Julia effortlessly combines crisp architecture and custom interiors to create a singular design narrative. "Design must live well."
KATHERINE ANNIN, PROJECT MANAGER has contributed to a wide range of project types from high-end custom residential construction to fine-grain, detailed interiors to large scale public market halls.​
Katherine received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Pennsylvania State University and is a Registered Architect. She holds a NCARB certificate.
